| Shipping Policy |
We try our efforts to provide an accurate estimate of the shipping time required. These estimations are based on several different factors, including the location of your designated address and the time we need to obtain the products of your request from our many different suppliers. In most of time, we need 3-5 business days to process your order before we ship your requested products. The estimated "total shipping time" is
Estimated Total Shipping Time= Process Time + Estimated Shipping Time
Note: The actual delivery time may vary due to various reasons such as public holidays, countries, and location etc. In some cases, it may take longer time due to Custom Inspection.

We ship all the products by EMS, Fedex and DHL Express and Hong Kong Post, In many cases, tracking numbers for each days’ shipped orders are automatically generated, and we will inform you the tracking no by email,website to check the status about your orders.
And for the reshipping about the returned items, we will split the cost of the shipping with you - you pay for returning the defective item, and we pay for reshipping a replacement.

Products which are defective upon receipt, please email us the problem within 7 days, we will give you some suggestions to test whether it is genuinely defective. After confirming it is defective one, you can send the defective back by AIR MAIL in original package box, we will inspect the returned item before reshipping. If the item is proved to be manufacturer defect, we will be responsible for your returned shipping fee (subject to standard air mail only)
If the item is caused by buyer misuse or damage during return to us. The buyer will responsible for paying the returned shipping cost and other related charges. When the returned item has been shipped, the buyer has to inform us the shipping information such as the tracking no and date to allow both parties to check the returned status and we are not responsible for returned products lost in post.
Products which are damaged on the transport should be informed to us immediately (with photo proof), and if not thoroughly collapsed , we can reship the broken parts to you for free.
